European Parliament: Resolution on the HORIZON programme
The European Parliament, in a Resolution of 12 September 1991 on the programme for handicapped persons and other disadvantaged groups (HORIZON), calls on the Commission to implement the programme speedily, with maximum efficiency, and to ensure that all Member States cooperate fully in the implementation of the programme and that funding pledged within the programme's objectives is promptly received.
