The Council adopted on 2 December 1991 a series of measures with regard to the four Republics of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Slovenia and Croatia, with a view to reopening the EEC economic and technical assistance to these Republics suspended on 8 November 1991. Inter alia, RTD assistance provided to the region under the PHARE programme is reestablished.
