Supply of nuclear radiation monitors
The European Commission, DG XVII, has published an invitation to tender for the supply of nuclear radiation monitors. The instruments required are intended for the measurement of nuclear material. Gamma rays emitted from pellets of nuclear fuel will be used to determine loading patterns of fuel pins. NaI or CsI detectors are envisaged for the measurement of the radiation. Offers are requested in view of a purchase.
