TACIS policy advice - European Expertise Service
The European Commission, DG IA, has launched a call to tender for the management of the European Expertise Service (EES) which provides policy advice to the governments, parliaments and other decision-making bodies of the New Independent States of the former Soviet Union and Mongolia. The EES provides advice in areas such as macroeconomic policy, trade policy, financial sector development, social policy, government restructuring and institution building, market regulation, budget management, legal matters and environmental policy. The specific services required for the management of the EES include: - Establishment of offices in Brussels and Moscow; - Identification, preparation and management of short-term advisory projects; - Rapid mobilization of appropriate high-level expertise; - Coordination with other donors; - Dissemination of information. The contract will last for 24 months. Participation in the call to tender is open to all natural and legal persons from both the European Union and the New Independent States and Mongolia.
