The European Commission, DG XI, has launched an open call to tender for consultancy services relating to the extension and development of the EC/ANCAT (Abatement of nuisance caused by aviation transport) aircraft emissions inventory. As an example, this would involve extending the inventory from the present 2.8Deg. x 2.8Deg. grid to a new 1Deg. x 1Deg. grid.

The work will be carried out under the direction of a joint European Commission/European Civil Aviation Conference steering committee. The contract will last for four years, renewable annually.
