Authorizations for State aid: Employment and retraining
Authorization for State aid (cases where the Commission raises no objections) is granted for a number of initiatives on the part of Member States concerning employment and training. Inter alia these include: - Belgium: Aid for SMEs in the regions of Brussels and Wallonia (development, interest subsidies or capital grants, employment grants); - Spain: Training grants (Catalonia, Canary Islands); educational and social service schemes in the Canary Islands.
