Commission competition for scientific and technical officers
The European Commission has launched two open recruitment competitions with the aim of forming reserve lists of qualified candidates for scientific and technical officers' posts. The two competitions, which are open to EU nationals born after 14 November 1960, are to constitute reserve lists for temporary contracts, working within the Commission. Applicants must hold a university degree in a scientific or technical discipline and have at least three years professional experience in the appropriate area. The two competitions are in the following fields: - Interaction between research and development policy and intellectual property (reference COM/R/A/178); - Internal auditing of operations in the field of research and development (reference COM/R/A/179).
