Southern England IRC Web site
The Southern England Innovation Relay Centre (SEIRC) has recently launched a World Wide Web site giving details of the services it offers and information relating to Community RTD. The Southern England IRC has four partners: - Defence Evaluation and Research Agency, Farnborough; - Thames Valley Technology Transfer Centre, Oxford; - Kent Technology Transfer Centre, Canterbury; - Western Training and Enterprise Council, Bristol. These four partners offer complete coverage, both in terms of industrial sector and geography, for the south of England. The IRC offers services, particularly to SMEs, designed to facilitate technology transfer and participation in Community-funded research programmes. As a member of the IRC network, which covers the EEA, as well as Central and Eastern Europe, the Southern England IRC provides a link to organizations and know-how from across Europe, offering partnership or technology transfer opportunities.
