The European Training Foundation has published an invitation to tender for assistance in the organization of three workshops, to be held in St Petersburg, Russia, within the framework of a pilot project on vocational education and training (VET) reforms in north-west Russia.

Tenderers must supply evidence of their:

- Expertise in vocational education and training issues in particular in management, financing and teacher training;
- Knowledge of vocational education and training system in the Russian Federation;
- Experience in organizing similar workshops, seminars or training sessions, preferably with the education and employment authorities in the north-west regions of the Russian Federation.
