Efficient high pressure cleaning

A high pressure water saving pump has been developed to optimise industrial cleaning and disinfecting.

Certain industries such as food, agricultural, and pharmaceutical use vast amounts of water on a regular basis for cleaning and disinfecting purposes, specifically for eliminating contamination, micro-organisms, and bacteria. This high-pressure pump has a triggerless spray gun and can be adjusted to have different water flow and pressure both of which reduce water consumption and provide improved results in hygienic cleaning. Besides considerably reducing the water consumption, the turbo nozzle also reduces the number of droplets, which helps keep microorganisms from spreading, and the amount of detergents needed to a minimum. Furthermore, since the stroke volume for the water cylinder is very large, the life of the pressure pump is greatly extended. This will in turn reduce unnecessary costs for repair and/or replacement of the water pressure pump. In addition to the efficient and cost effective benefits of the pressure pump, it also improves working conditions for the cleaning personnel who use it. This is because it provides a smooth water flow without pulsations, making it ergonomically appropriate. Clearly, this high pressure water saving pump is useful in various industries including food processing, breweries, and slaughterhouses.
