Euroscientia Forum - Journal of the European Science and Technology Forum
"Euroscientia Forum", the Journal of the European Science and Technology Forum, will shortly be launched by the European Commission. The European Science and Technology Forum was established by the Commission, in 1994, as a framework for original studies on matters of European interest and to hold conferences on such subjects. The new journal is designed to extend discussions on subjects of European interest beyond the members of the Forum. "Euroscientia Forum" will publish articles on the social, cultural, historical, political and ethical aspects of science and technology in Europe and at European level. The themes of the first four issues will be as follows: - Science, technology and European diversity; - Science policies in Europe; - Technology and communication in Europe; - Science and culture in Europe. There will also be regular sections for book reviews, event announcements and letters discussing issues raised in the journal. "Euroscientia Forum" will be published four times a year. Articles may be published in any EU language, with summaries in other languages.
