COST 615 - Inventory of urban pollution monitoring models
The first edition of an inventory of models and data sets for monitoring and modelling of urban air pollution, collected under COST Action 615, has recently been published by the European Commission, DG XII. COST Action 615 (Database, monitoring and modelling of urban air pollution) is one of four sub-projects within the COST-CITAIR project for cooperation in the field of urban air pollution launched in 1993. The inventory collects together models which can be used to improve the prediction and management of urban air quality. In particular, it includes urban dispersion models, of different complexities. The data sets included in the inventory are those which may be used for evaluating these models.
