European electrical engineering industry
The European Commission, DG III, has published an invitation to tender concerning the analysis of the electrical engineering industry. The contractor will be required to gather information and conduct an economic analysis of the structures of the sectors and sub-sectors of the European electrical engineering industry, including exchanges with third countries. The analysis should cover the development of the sector and trends, impact of the statutory and normative framework. Preliminary identification of pilot actions for benchmarking and promoting competition should also be addressed by the analysis. The contract should be completed within twelve months.
