CORDIS RTD-Partners database: Enhanced access
RTD-Partners is a database which helps to bring together firms or research organizations seeking partners in their special field in other Member States. This CORDIS service, opened in January 1992, is now enhanced by the addition of a user-friendly menu system. The new menu system permits users to gain swift and easy access to the information they seek. It requires no knowledge of the more advanced and flexible Common Command Language (CCL) already available on the database. A number of improvements have also been implemented. In particular, "group names" can now be searched for in both CCL and menu operation. This provides the opportunity to search for a selected profile. Possibilities include searches by organizational details, organizational profile, collaboration group, target partner group, or contact group. To aid first-time users, an explanation of group composition is provided on an info-file (offered by the menu help screens, and also accessible in CCL by typing "INFO PAFIELDS").
