The Statistical Office of the European Communities (EUROSTAT) has published an invitation to tender for the provision of services relating to the Community's framework programme for priority actions in the field of statistical information (1993-1997).

The services to be provided under this contract relate to the field of research and technological development statistics, including statistical methods and tools, and research and development in statistics.

The work is to be carried out at the offices of EUROSTAT in Luxembourg. The initial contract will be for a period of a maximum of 12 months. The contract will be renewable for two 12-month periods, subject to the availability of credits and the satisfactory provision of the services.
