The European Commission, DG XIII, has published an invitation to tender for the completion of a study on the operation of EU telecommunications law in the Member States. The purpose of the proposed study is to support the Commission's objective to ensure effective operation of all telecommunications legislation. The study will: - Maintain a system for monitoring the operation of Union telecommunications legislation in the Member States; - Periodically review the operation of Union telecommunications legislation in the Member States; - Report on the overall operation of telecommunications legislation; - Investigate specific aspects on request; - Respond to enquiries on request. The duration of the contract will be 12 months.
