Executive Training Programme Japan
The European Commission, DG I, has published an invitation to tender for the provision of various support services to the EU's "Executive Training Programme Japan". The "Executive Training Programme Japan", financed by the European Commission in the framework of its export promotion programme to Japan, aims at developing expertise of Japan and Japanese business practices through the training of European business executives in Japan. This will help European industry to sell their products/services on the Japanese market and will contribute to the enhancement of EU-Japan business relations. ETP is a yearly programme and consists of 12-month's of study of the Japanese language in Japan followed by six-month's in-house training in Japanese companies. An assessment centre is then held in order to determine whether the candidates put forward by European companies possess the necessary personal profile to successfully participate in this programme. Candidates are invited to Brussels to attend the assessment centre. The present invitation to tender relates to the provision of the following services: - Design (in cooperation with the Commission) of an assessment centre for a multinational group from the 15 Member States to test the personal attributes of the candidates with a view to determining whether they possess the personal profile necessary to be able to participate in the ETP; - Running of the assessment centre in Brussels (in cooperation with the Commission); - Assessing the results of the assessment centre; - Participation in a debriefing session where the suitability of the company to participate in ETP is discussed.
