Industrial and technological cooperation in Peru
The European Commission, DG IB, has published a preselection notice relating to a call for proposals for the cofinancing and management of the EC's project for industrial and technological cooperation in Peru. The Commission intends to draw up a shortlist of interested European organizations which will be invited, at a later stage, to submit partnership proposals. European centres for technological innovation interested in setting up, coordinating and cofinancing (30%) the various project activities are invited to submit applications. The principal aim of the project is to assist Peru's industrial development by supporting the technological development of Peruvian firms in the sector so as to bring them, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), up to the level of technology of the international competition through transfer of European know-how. A maximum of 10 organizations will be preselected. Only those preselected will be invited to tender. Preference will be given to bids from groups. The project is scheduled to last two years.
