Protein design/bioinformatics projects report (BAP)
"Biotechnology R&D in the EC: Catalogue of achievements on protein design and bioinformatics and detailed final report of contractors for the period 1989-1990", covers work in this field undertaken in the framework of the Biotechnology Action Programme (BAP, 1985-1989), predecessor to BRIDGE. In total, 30 projects are described (16 protein architecture, 14 bioinformatics). Of these, nine supplementary projects were concluded after publication of the BAP final report, and are included in a separate section. The catalogue provides a summary of each project, its principle results, a detailed technical description, and a list of participants and contact addresses.
