A notice of invitation to tender issued by the Commission of the European Communities on behalf of the Government of Hungary in the framework of the PHARE programme concerns the supply, in six lots, of an emission monitoring system for the Institute of Environmental Protection, Budapest, to include laboratory cars, equipment for the analysis of emissions, and additional equipment for the Reference Laboratory. Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the EC Member States and of Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania. Supplies offered must originate in the above States.
