An amended proposal for a Council Regulation "amending Regulation (EEC) No 337/75 establishing a European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training" (COM(92) 96, submitted 27.3.1992) makes alterations to Articles of the Regulation with reference to the composition of the Management Board and to the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure (to be sent to the Commission by 31 March each year), and to the annual general report (also to be submitted by 31 March). A further amended proposal for a Council Regulation "amending Regulation (EEC) No. 1416/76 on the financial provisions applying to the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training" (COM(92) 96) specifies a number of alterations to the text of the Regulation intended to update the financial provisions governing the Centre so that they approximate as closely as possible the provisions of the Financial Regulation of the general budget of the European Community as amended by Regulation No 610/90 of 13.3.1990.
