European NanoBusiness Association supports Social Implications of Nanotechnology Study
As the debate surrounding the ethical, environmental, health issues of nanotechnology continues to attract attention from politicians, regulators and Non Government Organizations, the European NanoBusiness Association has combined with the Interdisciplinary Research Collaboration (IRC) in Nanotechnology, at the University of Cambridge who have created a new post to investigate the issues arising from research and developments in nanoscience and nanotechnology. The study aims to involve all stakeholders to ensure that social, ethical and legal areas of concern surrounding nanotechnology are identified and addressed in a responsible manner by both science and industry.
