On behalf of the Government of Romania, the Commission of the European Communities gives notice of an invitation to tender for a project financed by the PHARE programme concerning the supply in one lot of medical laboratory equipment for the rehabilitation of primary health care facilities (the equipment is not specified in the notice). Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the Member States of the European Community, and of Albania, Bulgaria, CSFR, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Romania. Supplies offered must originate in the above States.The complete tended dossier, in English, may be obtained free of charge from the Commission's Offices in the Member States and from:
