Under the cooperation procedure provided for by Article 149(2) of the Treaty establishing the EEC, the Council of the European Communities has established common positions on the following proposals: - Decision adopting a specific research and technological development programme in the field of transport (EURET) 1990 to 1993; - Decision adopting a specific programme concerning the preparation of the development of an operational EUROTRA system; - Council Decision concerning the modules for the various phases of the conformity assessment procedures which are intended to be used in the technical harmonization Directives; - Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning telecommunications terminal equipment, including the mutual recognition of their conformity.
