Economic and technical study of renewable energy sources
Invitation from the Commission of the European Communities to submit proposals for a study on the economic and technical outlook for renewable energy sources to the year 2010. The main object of the study is to assess the long-term prospects for renewable energy sources in the Member States. In view of the changing relationship between the Community and the countries of Eastern Europe, the study should encompass the latter. The study shall cover, inter alia, active solar systems, passive solar systems in the residential area, wind energy, hydroelectricity, energy from the sea, geothermal energy, photovoltaics, biomass.Further information from: Mr U.
