Singleimage Limited will be holding a workshop with the aim to equip research managers, individual researchers and developers with an understanding of what needs to be done to put forward a proposal in Framework 6, at St John's Innovation Centre, Cambridge, UK:
GETTING A FRAMEWORK 6 PROPOSAL OFF THE GROUND - Thursday 26 June 2003
Framework 6 presents a radical departure from many of the European Commissions previous practices concerning the types of project sought and the criteria for selection. The desire to achieve critical mass means that projects will be larger and therefore require more time to be invested in their construction. This workshop aims to equip research managers, individual researchers and developers with an understanding of what needs to be done to put forward a proposal in FP6 and how to optimise the process of preparing a proposal for all concerned. The content of the workshop will focus primarily on integrated projects, but much of the content will be equally applicable to targeted research projects. Participants are expected to have a basic understanding of EC research funding.
