As the debate continues over tuition fees, how can Universities survive and develop to become world leaders? Where are they going to get the necessary funds in order to increase their offering and become more attractive to future students and investors? Incubation offers an ideal solution for exploiting University knowledge and innovation, creating high-growth, high-yield businesses which will complement and support HE and FE organisations.
The issue is also key to research councils, corporates and espcially so in the creative industries. By gathering together industry experts, practitioners and stakeholders, the event, which is taking place on January 14, will provide an interactive environment in which to discuss and debate methods of best practice in the exploitation of knowledge and innovation.
The Event is aimed at:,- Incubation practitioners,- Research Councils,- Universities,- Technology transfer officers,- Local and National Government officials,- The finance community,- HE/FE colleges,- Business support agencies.
