NEST-PROMISE Final brokerage & dissemination event, Brussels

The event will start on the 9 July with an evening cocktail and will continue on the 10th July with presentations from the European Commission and the European Research Council, Scientists conducting multidisciplinary, high-risk, visionary, frontier research, Key Players fostering NEST-like research programmes & initiatives.
The event will also present the results of the Euro-Map on NEST-like research programmes and agencies in Europe, and provide an analysis, dissemination, and experience sharing of the methodological and social impact experiences of Europe's NEST-like programs.
The event will end with the participation of different stakeholders to Focus Group Round Table(s) aiming at pursuing particular subsets of unresolved issues and consider strategies for the successful funding and encouragement of highly innovative, risky and multidisciplinary science.
The participation to the event is free of charge but subject to registration. Places are issued on a first come, first served basis. Please register before 29 June, 2007
