Train researchers to be good managers

University of Pardubice, Technical University of Liberec, Research institute of Textile Machines Liberec and CZELO (Czech Liaison Office for R&D) are organizing a seminar entitled: “European Social Fund Helps Regional Research Management to be Competitive.” The seminar will take place in Brussels on 21 September 2007.

The main goal of two projects financed by the European Social fund and the government budget of the Czech Republic was to train researchers to become good managers. How did the projects achieve their goals? What is the experience of trainers and trainees? What difficulties can submerge and how to deal with them?

Answers to these questions and more information related to the topic will be presented during the morning seminar on 21 September 2007 in Brussels. Come to learn from the Czech experience, exchange views and find new partners!
