MOC '08 provides a central forum for state-of-the-art scientific and technical information covering a wide range of micro-optic and micro-photonic topics and related fields, from fundamental research to systems and applications.
A special session entitled “Micro-Optics in Europe: achievements of the EU funded Network of Excellence NEMO” (http://www.micro-optics.org(s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)) will be organized on Thursday morning 25 September 2008 and can be attended without paying a registration fee by everyone who is interested.
More information can be found on http://www.tona.vub.ac.be/MOC08MOC '08, co-located with ECOC 2008 Brussels, is organized by the Department of Applied Physics and Photonics of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. This conference is financially supported by the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), the European Commission supported Network of Excellence on Micro-Optics (NEMO) and the Bilateral Scientific Cooperation Programme between Flanders and Poland. It is furthermore organized in cooperation with several international societies and associations.
