This one day event is a unique opportunity to reflect on the new ICT Work Programme for 2009-2010 of the 7th Framework Programme for R&D, as well as to build quality partnerships in the harmonic ambience of Budapest.

An information day for potential proposers in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Thematic Area of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) will take place on 22 January 2009 in Budapest, Hungary. The event is organised by the European Commission's Directorate-General Information Society and Media in cooperation with the Hungarian National Office for Research and Technology.

The FP7 - ICT Proposers' Day 2009 will help build partnerships for participating in the new Information and Communication Technologies Work Programme for 2009-2010 (ICT WP 2009-2010).

The one-day event focuses on mobilising key research actors and industry from all over Europe and from third countries, in particular from neighbouring regions and promoting partnerships in ICT research and development (R&D).

The target audience includes key industrial and R&D actors, research institutes and universities, large science and technology based multinationals, and high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). About 2,500 participants are expected to attend.For further information, please click:
