Microsoft EXCEL – A Tremendous Tool for Project Management
The approach of this course is to apply Microsoft EXCEL as a tool for project management as almost every institution and company use this calculation tool. Some simple techniques combined with creative considerations can turn this software into a strong project management tool to be used by everybody. It enables all consortium partners to use transparent, accessible-to-all, easy-to-exchange tools to manage their projects.
This course is a demanding and intense two-day workshop combining simple EXCEL techniques and surprisingly clever and useful tricks. The emphasis is on developing basic applications into management tools, easy to learn and quick to adapt for the daily work. The focus is on individual and group work, discussions and case studies. Participants will learn how to use EXCEL in a new environment and will be encouraged to transfer these techniques to support the efficient management of projects.
