Public Kick-off of the FP7 ONE-P project

We are pleased to announce the start of the European Project: “Organic Nanomaterials for Electronics and Photonics” (ONE-P) and would like to invite you to participate to the PUBLIC kick-off-meeting of ONE-P to be held on 4 March, 2009 in Brussels.

One-P is a 3 year project of 28 partners and 26 million € budget. It aims at developing high-performance, low-cost multifunctional materials and their fabrication technology, thanks to the synergy between academic and industrial research and the integration of complementary competences.

The kick-off will take place at the Palace of the Academies, Rue Ducale, 1, 1000 Brussels on Wednesday, 4 March 2009 at 17h15.

Prof. François Reniers, Vice-Rector for Research and Development of l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), Mr Renzo Tomellini, Head of the Unit Value-Added Materials at the European Commission, Mr Philippe Busquin, Member of the European Parliament and Mrs Marie-Dominique Simonet, Minister of International Relations, New Technologies, Research and Higher Education will welcome you. The Project Coordinator, Prof. Yves Geerts (ULB) will then present the project.
