Funding Opportunities in Framework Programme 7 - Marie Curie Actions
The aim of the session is to provide participants with an overview of the Marie Curie actions in the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7), and with a deeper understanding of the proposal format and the key issues they are required to address in planning and writing their proposal.
Who should attend?
The sessions will be of particular interest to UK-based researchers who are interested in and/or are planning to submit a proposal for the Marie Curie actions in FP7. The events will focus on the following actions: Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowships for Career Development, Incoming International Fellowships, Outgoing International Fellowships, European Reintegration Grants, International Reintegration Grants and Industry-Academia Partnerships and Pathways.
Programme outline
Two separate stand-alone sessions will be held, one in the morning (focusing on host actions) and one in the afternoon (focusing on Individual actions). Each session will last around two hours.
The sessions will provide an outline of the relevant Marie Curie Actions, the application form and guidance on planning and writing your Marie Curie proposals for the relevant actions. There will be the opportunity to ask questions throughout the sessions.

Morning session: Industry-Academia Partnerships and Pathways (and other host actions. The morning session will start at 10.00 with registration at 9:30 and close at 12:00.
Afternoon session: Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowships, Incoming International Fellowships, Outgoing International Fellowships, European Reintegration Grants or International Reintegration Grants. The afternoon session will start at 14.00 with registration at 13:30 and close at 15:45.
