European Respiratory Society Will hold its 19th Annual Congress in Vienna, Austria

The ERS Congress is the largest in pulmonary medicine worldwide with some 18 000 delegates attending. It provides a unique forum where scientists and medical professionals from around the world have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas and information in the field of respiratory medicine.

The programme aims to provide a perfect balance between clinical education and the latest scientific developments. It will highlight the most relevant issues in the diagnosis, management and treatment of respiratory diseases, and to present the latest developments in basic, clinical and population research.

The ERS prioritises its collaborations and is directly committed to several EU research projects. This year several EU projects will also have a high profile throughout the ERS Annual Congress.
