Researchers in university departments, government laboratories and industrial organisations are invited to attend the European conference on parallel computing. This event will be held in Toulouse, France from 31 August to 3 September 1999.

The Euro-Par'99 conference is an annual international conference, dedicated to promotion and advancement of all aspects of parallel computing. The objective with Euro-Par'99 is to provide a forum to promote the development of parallel computing both as an industrial tool and as an academic discipline, extending the frontiers of the state of practice as well as the state of the art.

There are four major themes, which will be discussed during the conference; hardware, software, algorithms and applications.

Euro-Par'99 is supported by the European Commission, DG XIII under the ESPRIT Programme.
