UK issues calendar of FP5 events

The Office of Science and Technology of the UK Government has prepared "A calendar of Fifth Framework Programme events", which will shortly appear on the UK section of the CORDIS Member State Services website at:

Covering 36 events in total, it starts with an "FP5 Awareness" event at Bristol University on 10 February 1999 and runs through to the "PetroSET Expo'99: transferring solutions to impact the oil and gas industry" in London on 23 and 24 June 1999, with the dates of a couple of other events to be advised.
For each event, there is:
- An indication of the target audience - academia, commercial, R&D, Research technology Organisations and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs);
- Location;
- Organiser;
- Contact name;
- Telephone, Fax and E-mail details.
