4th International Congress on Food and Nutriton together with the 3rd SAFE Consortium International Congress on Food Safety in İstanbul, Turkey

The main goal of the congress is to build on the success of the previous ones by highlighting the most important areas of recent Research & Development as well as exploring relevant topics that will be the most interesting for the future. It is also aimed to provide contemporary scientific information on the disciplines of food, nutrition, health, and especially food safety through the 21st century.
The joint congress will be held in parallel with two FP7 events: MycoRed (Novel Integrated Strategies for Worldwide Mycotoxin Reduction in Food and Feed Chains) - 2nd Mediterranean Workshop on Mycotoxins and Toxigenic Fungi and SAFETechnoPACK-International Food Packaging Conference.
All of the combined events will provide a forum for exchange of ideas and authoritative views by leading scientists (such as food scientists and technologists, nutritionists, and medical professionals) as well as business leaders and investors in this exciting field. Outstanding keynote speakers and well-known leading scientists and experts from around the globe are expected to share their knowledge.
