The course foresees specific sessions devoted to the analysis of case studies and practical examples and to the discussion of problematic situations deriving from the participants’ direct experiences.
The following topics will be covered:
– General financial provisions: Reg. (EC) 1906/2006 of 18th December 2006, the Grant Agreement and other European Commission documents;
– Funding schemes
– Direct costs: personnel, consumables, durables, subsistence costs and other direct costs; subcontracts; costs of third parties;
– Indirect costs and eligible methods of calculation;
– Ineligible costs;
– Project financial reporting;
– Certification requirements: procedures and required supporting documents.
The course is targeted to specifically address the needs of professionals and project managers involved in the management of FP7 projects, both in the private and public sector. The course can be an effective tool for helping participants to effectively manage projects and to further develop their internal management strategies.
