Workshop concludes the CERIND project

A workshop will be held following the final review of the CERIND (A ceramic industry demonstrator for defect classification based on neural network) project in Spezzano, Italy on 16 June 1999.
CERIND is an EU-funded project under the ESPRIT programme. The objective was to realise a demonstrator specialised in the field of industrial quality control. This demonstrator will be able to perform surface defect identification and classification as well as classification of tone grading of ceramic tiles.
