First Euro-MED Conference on Biotechnology in Agrofood in Naples, Italy

The First “Euro-MED Conference on Biotechnology in Agrofood” will take place in Naples on October 29th 2012. The event will address the major issues pertaining to biotechnology applied to agriculture and food sectors in the Euro-Mediterranean area including identification and support to research and development R&D, exchange of knowledge and information and networking with industries, experts, researchers, communities and governmental and non-governmental organizations of the Euro-Mediterranean bioregions and bioclusters. Italian and Mediterranean bioclusters and organizations will exchange examples of best practices and will debate on common challenges and possible cooperation actions.
