MMT '99 Workshop

The MMT '99 workshop on 'Multiaccess, mobility and teletraffic for wireless communications', will be held in Venice, Italy, from 6 to 8 October 1999.

The principle aim of the event is to identify, present and discuss the main issues relating to the design of land and satellite based mobile cellular and microcellular wireless personal communications.

There will be a number of technical presentations at the workshop, addressing both systems and networking issues. These will cover radio resource management, mobility management, smart antennas, network architecture, spread spectrum techniques, advanced radio techniques and performance evaluation
