European Summer Academy 2014-2020 in Siófok, Lake Balaton, Hungary
This 4-day intensive course will get you prepared for the 2014-2020 EU funding period by providing a deep insight to the new major EU Programmes of 2014-2020 and by drawing on the lessons learned from 2007-2013 proposals and projects.
The lecturers and workshop leaders are flesh-and-bone project managers and coordinators, whose day-to-day work is to turn innovative project concepts into competitive proposals and implement projects according to EC Grant Agreement, tackling problems promptly, and assisting project partners in legal, technical and financial management issues.
European Summer Academy 2014-2020 goes beyond the text of the Multiannual Financial Framework and Programme Regulations – it will present real-life examples, analyse actual proposals and evaluation summary reports, show success and failure stories, and discuss technical reviews and financial audits.
Experience Europa Media's famous "learning-by-doing" approach – presentations in the morning, then practice your newly-gained knowledge during the workshops specifically designed for the particular topics:
- Proposal Development
Analyse successful as well as unsuccessful proposals and corresponding evaluation summary reports. How would you improve the proposals? Understand how the evaluators think, what they consider and develop your skills to put together better proposals.
- Technical and Financial Management
Solve real-life case scenarios in small groups acting like a project consortium. Debate, fight for your rights, compromise, and find solutions to various technical and financial challenges in project implementation.
We have created three different packages for your needs and comfort. You can compare the benefits of each package in the table below and choose the one that suits you the best.
