Information day for IST programmes

An information day presenting the second call for proposals in the Information Society Technologies (IST) programme will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, on 19 October 1999.
The session will emphasise take-up measures - how support can be given to organisations wishing to invest in leading edge and established technologies in order to achieve greater efficiency.
A second theme to be addressed will be the synergies with other programmes, in particular the Marie Curie fellowships and the measures to support SMEs.
As well as providing general advice on participation in the IST programme, information on evaluation procedures, model contracts and general recommendations will also be available.
