Opportunity to present posters and demonstrators at the Joint Event MNBS 2013 & EPoSS Annual Forum

Poster & Demonstrator Exhibition at Joint Event MNBS 2013 & EPoSS Annual Forum 2013

Participants are invited to exhibit and present posters and demonstrators on Smart Systems research, products and technologies at the Joint Event MNBS 2013 & EPoSS Annual Forum 2013 (see http://www.smart-systems-integration.org/annual_forum(opens in new window)).
This year we explicitly invite the Smart Systems community to bring demonstrators, and particularly encourage „live“ demonstrations in the exhibition room.
The poster and demonstrator exhibition is open to all participants throughout the 3-day event. On all three days, sufficient time will be allocated so that participants can visit the exhibition and the demonstrations, so that exhibitors and interested participants can get involved in dialogue and build business links.
Additionally, dedicated slots for guided tours of the exhibition are foreseen, as well as plenary poster and demonstrator sessions, during which selected posters will be presented and “live“ demonstrations will take place.
This year there is no fee for exhibiting and presenting posters or demonstrators. However, since it is planned to print a dedicated book for the event with all information on presentations, speakers, posters and demonstrators, submission of the following information is mandatory by 31st July 2013 to: michelle.fitzgerald@tyndall.ie

• an abstract (length: 1500 - 3000 characters)
• the title
• key words
• full contact details of the corresponding author

Since the space for posters and demonstrators is limited, we follow a first come, first serve policy.
Posters should be in A0 portrait format and need to be printed and delivered to the venue on 24th September 2013.
Demonstrators also should be delivered to the venue on 24th September 2013.
