The European Association for Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) is holding another information day on 'How to negotiate, manage, administer and finish an EU research contract (from proposal to final payment)' on 8 December 1999 in Brussels.

One of EARMA's main objectives is to develop the skills of its members through training courses. The aim of this one-day course is to train research managers and administrators how to negotiate, manage, administer and finish European Union R&D contracts. The course is based on experiences from the management of 30 EU R&D projects and on the contractual requirements of the Fifth Framework Programme.
