Call for Student Abstracts. Best student paper award will be presented at the 3rd IIR International Conference on Sustainability and the Cold Chain
Judith Evans, chairman of the conference organising committee explains why the award has been introduced. “There are many fantastic young students involved in our industry and we hope this award will encourage them to participate in this major international conference. It is a great opportunity to showcase their research and start developing a network of international contacts”.

The Cold Chain will bring together those with an interest in the cold chain, covering food, transport and other applications, to explore new developments and key trends in technology.
Sustainability in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps will focus on environmental issues and innovation. Topics will include the integration of heating and cooling, refrigeration containment, renewable energy in the cold chain and carbon foot-printing.
