COFASP Workshop

The objective of the workshop is to provide the COFASP consortium with added value on practices for implementing mobility actions (staff exchange schemes) and input on innovative tools for learning and skill acquisition. Selected experts on capacity building tools and particularly on mobility schemes in the fisheries, aquaculture and seafood processing (FASP) sectors will meet and exchange views on state of the art instruments for boosting capacity building. They will focus on personnel mobility at different scales/sectors and for different profiles (researchers/technicians/managers). Moreover, the workshop will contribute to mapping and identifying innovative and effective tools for (lifelong) learning.
