About the programme
The EPoSS General Assembly on the morning of 12 October is dedicated to EPoSS members only. The rest of the day is open to all interested participants and will include two Special Sessions: One organised by the Smart Anything Everywhere Initiative and one organised by the Coordination Action EXPRESS on product, funding, financing and cooperation opportunities in the Smart Systems ecosystem. These will be followed by parallel meetings of the EPoSS Working Groups.
On 13 October, the EPoSS Annual Forum will comprise a keynote session and thematic sessions with selected presentations from the EPoSS Call for Presentations. These sessions will be followed by a Focus Session on the Internet of Things, jointly organised by the EPoSS Working Groups, and covering IoT applications in the sectors of the EPoSS Working Groups, including Automotive, Healthy Living, Manufacturing & Robotics, Applied MNBS as well as the manufacturing aspects of IoT. You are invited to participate in the Call for Presentations and submit your abstract by 14th August 2015 to firstname.lastname@example.org. For the second time the EPoSS Annual Forum will be a joint event with the MNBS Consultation and Concertation Workshop on Micro-Nano-Bio Convergence Systems themed “Translate Technologies into Competitive, Validated and Manufacturable Products to Impact Quality of Life”, taking place on the 14th and 15th October.
Throughout the 4-day event, there will be a poster and demonstrator exhibition that is open to all participants throughout the event. Sufficient time will be allocated, so that participants can visit the exhibition, and so that exhibitors and interested participants can get involved in dialogue and build business links. Additionally, dedicated poster sessions are foreseen. You are invited to submit a proposal for a poster or demonstrator by 11 September 2015.
