DESTRESS/SURE joint workshop

DESTRESS will hold a joint project workshop with SURE concerning the stimulation and drilling methods of the geothermal plant in Klaipeda. Furthermore, a site tour to their GEOTERMA demonstration plant will be offered.
All stakeholders with a strong interest in geothermal energy, including researchers, industry representatives, journalists and politicians are invited to attend. Please note that there is a limited number of spaces and no funding for travelling or accommodation will be offered.
Both DESTRESS and SURE aim to enhance and create Enhanced geothermal systems (EGS) reservoirs with sufficient permeability, fracture orientation and spacing for sustainable and economic use.
